About The Role
This is a performance-focused marketing role, responsible for delivering and optimising both paid and organic activity across the group. You will manage campaigns, track performance, and ensure all marketing activity is aligned, effective and delivering results. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with the marketing team to drive visibility and generate high-quality enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive targeted traffic and enquiries
- Plan and coordinate offline marketing activity, including outdoor, print and media placements
- Monitor performance across all channels, using data to continuously improve results
- Manage campaign budgets and track spend across digital and offline activity
- Ensure accurate tracking is in place across campaigns, including conversions, events and pixels
- Work closely with the Marketing Executive to promote and align social media content across channels
- Coordinate with external suppliers including videographers, media partners and PR contacts
- Support ongoing SEO improvements across group websites
- Produce regular performance reports, tracking against KPIs and identifying opportunities
- Support PR activity to increase brand visibility and coverage
What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Strong understanding of campaign tracking, performance and optimisation
- Data-led mindset with the ability to analyse and improve results
