We are seeking a compassionate and experienced leader to join our senior management team, overseeing multiple complex services in a supported living environment.
Care Planning: Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and clients to develop and implement tailored care plans.
Compliance and Quality: Ensure all services meet and exceed CQC standards, conducting regular audits to maintain governance. Contribute to business growth through relationship-building with commissioners, families, and stakeholders, and support the setup of new services. Drive improvements in care quality through change implementation and innovation.
Experience of supported living, Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health, Dual Diagnosis. Proven experience in managing people, developing businesses, meeting CQC requirements, and working within a multidisciplinary team. A passion for delivering high-quality care and improving outcomes for individuals. A full UK driving licence.
