As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering KOMPAN projects from start to finish. You will work closely with customers, installers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure that every project is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations. Your role includes regular site visits, progress monitoring, documentation, and proactive communication with all parties involved. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Project Coordination, Installation, and BackOffice teams to ensure smooth project execution and a strong customer experience.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Lead playground and outdoor fitness installation projects from planning to completion
- Provide technical guidance to Sales during the quotation phase
- Review or prepare Safe Work Method Statements and ensure they are site‑specific
- Coordinate with installers, contractors, and external partners
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor progress against schedule
- Prepare documentation, site reports, and completion reports
- Manage building applications and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Participate in project kick‑offs, construction meetings, and internal team meetings
- Follow up on project budgets, margins, and delivery dates
- Support the service and aftersales team when needed
- Maintain accurate project data in CRM and collaborate closely with BackOffice
Your background may vary, but you have experience managing construction, landscaping, installation, or similar technical projects. You thrive in a dynamic environment, work independently, and take pride in delivering high‑quality results.
