The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of our playground projects across the UK. From project handover through to completion, you will play a central role in coordinating people, processes and logistics, ensuring that every element aligns seamlessly. This is a pivotal position where structure, foresight and communication directly impact the quality and success of what we deliver on site.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Take ownership of coordinating multiple projects through the delivery phase, ensuring timely, accurate and high-quality execution.
  • Act as the central point of contact, connecting sales, design, logistics, installation teams and external partners.
  • Plan and manage end-to-end project logistics, ensuring equipment, materials and resources are delivered on time, in full and correctly sequenced.
  • Work closely with logistics teams and suppliers to proactively manage availability, scheduling and transport.
  • Build, maintain and monitor project timelines, ensuring key milestones are clearly defined and achieved.
  • Utilise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC14) to manage financials, procurement and inventory with accuracy and control.
  • Maintain structured and up-to-date project information within CRM systems.
  • Coordinate installation schedules, delivery windows and site readiness.
  • Identify risks at an early stage – operational, logistical or resource-based – and resolve them with efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Ensure all projects uphold KOMPAN’s standards of quality, safety and compliance.
  • Support a smooth project close, including accurate and timely invoicing.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Project Coordinator or Project Support role, ideally within construction, manufacturing, installations or outdoor environments.
  • Strong experience coordinating project logistics and supply chains within a multi‑project setting.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage project data and communication.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects with precision and clarity.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working across internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive, solutions‑oriented and calm under pressure.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Awareness of UK safety standards (advantageous).
