At KOMPAN, we don’t just build playgrounds, we create inspiring spaces that improve health, happiness, and communities across the world. Our designs are rooted in research, built for durability, and trusted globally. As part of our UK team, you’ll play a key role in bringing these spaces to life, turning concepts into high-quality, on-site realities.

The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of our playground projects across the UK. From project handover through to completion, you will play a central role in coordinating people, processes and logistics, ensuring that every element aligns seamlessly. This is a pivotal position where structure, foresight and communication directly impact the quality and success of what we deliver on site.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Take ownership of coordinating multiple projects through the delivery phase, ensuring timely, accurate and high-quality execution.
  • Act as the central point of contact, connecting sales, design, logistics, installation teams and external partners.
  • Plan and manage end-to-end project logistics, ensuring equipment, materials and resources are delivered on time, in full and correctly sequenced.
  • Work closely with logistics teams and suppliers to proactively manage availability, scheduling and transport.
  • Build, maintain and monitor project timelines, ensuring key milestones are clearly defined and achieved.
  • Utilise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC14) to manage financials, procurement and inventory with accuracy and control.
  • Maintain structured and up-to-date project information within CRM systems.
  • Coordinate installation schedules, delivery windows and site readiness.
  • Identify risks at an early stage – operational, logistical or resource-based – and resolve them with efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Ensure all projects uphold KOMPAN’s standards of quality, safety and compliance.
  • Support a smooth project close, including accurate and timely invoicing.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Project Coordinator or Project Support role, ideally within construction, manufacturing, installations or outdoor environments.
  • Strong experience coordinating project logistics and supply chains within a multi‑project setting.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage project data and communication.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects with precision and clarity.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working across internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive, solutions‑oriented and calm under pressure.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Awareness of UK safety standards (advantageous).
