About the Role

We're looking for a strategic

Head of People Operations to lead employee experience, HR operations, HR technology, and operational excellence across our UK workforce.

You'll develop scalable people processes while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and an outstanding employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead People Operations strategy and day-to-day execution.
  • Oversee onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle, and HR operations.
  • Optimize HR systems, workflows, and operational processes.
  • Drive employee engagement and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and internal policies.
  • Develop HR dashboards and workforce analytics.
  • Lead and mentor the People Operations team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • CIPD qualification preferred.
  • 8+ years of HR Operations or People Operations experience.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment legislation and HR compliance.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and HR technology.
  • Experience in technology or Saa S organizations is highly desirable.
