About the Company
We are a global social agency that does things differently. Through our creative lens, we push the boundaries of what's possible. Combining one-of-a-kind influencer content and campaigns with state-of-the-art market intelligence, we take businesses to new heights and make brand names household names. We spark authentic connections, create unforgettable experiences and have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results for our clients.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Creative Designer to join our team at the London office. You’ll sit at the heart of our creative output - working across influencer campaigns, experiential activations, content and social, and new business pitches. We want someone with a point of view - someone who can own the visual identity of a campaign from the first pitch deck to the final creative toolkit, and who raises the standard of everything the agency puts out. This role reports into the senior leadership team and has scope to grow into a Design Manager position as Komodo scales.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of design experience within an agency environment, with a portfolio spanning brand identity, campaign creative, social content, and new business pitch work.
- Proficiency across the full design toolkit with working knowledge of AI-powered design tools to accelerate output and unlock new creative possibilities.
- Proven experience designing for social-first and culturally-led campaigns, with a strong understanding of platform nuance, format requirements, and audience behaviour.
- The ability to work at pace without compromising quality — across everything from polished pitch decks to full campaign toolkits.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to articulate and defend creative decisions to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Experience leading or mentoring junior designers, with a genuine commitment to developing others and raising the creative standard across the team.
- A deep understanding of culture and emerging trends — with the instinct to identify what works before the data confirms it.
Qualifications
Don't meet every single requirement? Studies have shown that women and people of colour are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification. At Komodo, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you're excited about this role but your experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification that we’re looking for, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

- 32 days holiday entitlement (inclusive of bank holidays)
