We move fast, back creative thinking, and care deeply about delivering quality, memorable work on a global scale. We work across Beauty, Fashion, Lifestyle, Travel, F&B and Hospitality.

About the Role

We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our London team. This is a relationship-first role focused on building new business opportunities while growing and nurturing Komodo's existing partner network. You will spend your time developing meaningful relationships with brands, identifying opportunities across all Komodo divisions, and working closely with internal teams to convert conversations into live, revenue-generating partnerships.

You will be confident meeting clients face-to-face, attending industry events, and representing Komodo in a variety of settings. The role is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who enjoys networking, pitching ideas, strategic creative thinking and seeing partnerships through from first conversation to final delivery. The role reports directly into the Managing Director UK.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years' experience in partnerships, business development, account management, strategy or a commercial role within an agency, media, events, or marketing environment
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
  • Experience generating leads and managing a structured pipeline
  • Confident in leading on new briefs, building creative responses, pitching ideas and presenting both in person and virtually
  • Understanding of influencer marketing, social media, experiential and creator-led campaigns
  • Commercial awareness with experience supporting budgets, pricing and basic negotiation
  • Highly proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain and grow strong relationships with brands, agencies and key industry contacts across Komodo's core sectors
  • Lead pitches from initially receiving all the way through to creative concepting and delivery
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities across Influencer Marketing, Experiential, Content and Social divisions
  • Proactively outreach to new partners and manage a consistent pipeline of opportunities from lead to close
  • Attend networking events, industry seminars, launches and relevant cultural moments to grow Komodo's presence and commercial network
  • Arrange and attend regular breakfast meetings, coffees, lunches and client entertainment to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities
  • Work closely with internal teams to shape partnership proposals, scopes of work and commercial opportunities
  • Upsell additional services and opportunities within existing accounts to drive growth and long-term value
  • Support pricing discussions, budgeting and commercial negotiations to secure mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Maintain and nurture relationships through regular presence on UK-based content shoots, events, activations and talent campaigns, ensuring visibility across the full project lifecycle from ideation through to execution
  • Ensure accurate pipeline management, tracking all activity and commercial progress
  • Act as a confident and professional ambassador for Komodo at all times

What Success Looks Like

  • Strong, retained client relationships with clear account growth
  • Increased cross-divisional partnership opportunities
  • High engagement across networking and industry presence

Perks & Benefits

  • 32 days holiday (including bank holidays)
  • Birthday day off
  • Wellness Wednesdays (10am start)
  • £50 creative bursary
  • Gympass access
  • Bi-monthly socials
  • One charity event per year
