Komodo is a global creative agency specialising in influencer marketing, social, talent, and experiential campaigns for some of the world’s leading consumer brands. We’re looking for a strategic and commercially-minded Head of Experiential to lead our UK Events Division from our London HQ.
About the Role
This is the most senior role within the Komodo Events team, responsible for leading the department strategically, creatively, and operationally. You’ll oversee the delivery of high-impact events and activations while driving department growth, profitability, and innovation across our experiential offering. Working closely with influencer, talent, and social teams, you’ll ensure all events are designed with content creation and influencer integration at their core. Alongside leading the team, you’ll oversee resource planning, budgeting, forecasting, and operational processes across multiple projects, while also playing a key role in new business pitches and client growth. From influencer trips and press launches to immersive pop-ups and global brand activations, you’ll lead the creation of standout experiences that drive both cultural impact and social-first content.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the UK Events Division, setting strategic direction and delivery standards
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of large-scale events and activations for key clients
- Manage department resourcing, budgeting, forecasting, and project planning
- Support new business pitches with creative and strategic experiential responses
- Build strong senior client relationships and support long-term account growth
- Ensure influencer, talent, and content creation are embedded into all event experiences
- Lead, mentor, and develop the events team
- Oversee suppliers, venues, and production partners globally
- Stay ahead of trends across experiential, influencer, and social-first marketing
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior events or experiential role
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing and content-led event strategies
- Experienced managing budgets, forecasting, and team resourcing
- Confident leading pitches, client relationships, and strategic conversations
- Highly organised, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Flexible to travel and work evenings/weekends when required
