Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Part-Time Office & Culture Manager to join our central London office. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and enhancing our company culture. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail oriented, and possess a genuine passion for fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist the senior team with day-to-day tasks to ensure schedules and workflow run efficiently at all times. Schedule team and client meetings, and take minutes when required. Organise diaries, travel and accommodation for all senior team members as needed.
- Office Management: Ensure office is kept to a high standard at all times; so our team can thrive. Maintain stock levels for office stationery and key groceries. Ensure Health and Safety compliance, including acting as a fire warden and first point of contact for first aid (training will be provided).
- Cultural and Wellness Initiatives: Proactively research & develop wellness initiatives for our team. Plan and execute bi-monthly engaging social events to foster team bonding. Coordinate weekly wellness hours to promote employee well-being. Keep staff needs at the forefront to ensure their roles are as easy and enjoyable as possible.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or administrative support, 4+ years experience
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
- Great energy & proactive approach to culture
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, budgeting & simple financial reporting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and positive attitude towards work and colleagues.
- Previous experience in planning events or wellness programs is a plus.
