KOMI has raised ~$20M from leading VCs and strategics, and already supports many of the world’s biggest creators with 7 billion global fans, including The Rock, Kim Kardashian and Usher. We recently launched our AI-powered influencer marketing automation platform and already support many fast-growing brands such as Lovable, Postmates and Hexclad.

Role

We are looking to bring in our first dedicated sales role, focused on driving adoption of our influencer marketing platform.

You’ll identify and engage heads of marketing at mid-sized companies and heads of influencer marketing at larger brands. Your first priority will be hands-on outbound outreach and generating qualified opportunities. As you gain traction, you’ll also help us shape and scale the processes that make this repeatable.

This is a role for someone excited to be part of creating something from scratch. You won’t be coming in to execute an existing pattern by rote. You will be joining us to work directly with our CEO and COO to shape how we approach business development as we grow.

Responsibilities

  • Research, identify and engage prospective customers through outbound channels
  • Test tools for scaled outreach and help develop process for scaled outbound
  • Build tailored outreach for different customer segments
  • Qualify leads and book meetings for other team members
  • Execute early stage relationships, all the way through to first sale
  • Manage our CRM pipeline and maintain reporting

Why KOMI

  • Work directly with the senior leadership team on a critical priority for the business
  • The chance to be part of building our business development from scratch
  • Supportive, collaborative team culture without the corporate red tape
  • Competitive salary with equity
  • 30 days holiday per annum + national bank holidays

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in business development or sales, B2B SaaS preferred
  • Able to test and learn, building process in an as yet undefined environment
  • Comfort with outbound outreach through various channels (e.g. email, call, etc)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Happy to work in central London three days a week
  • Organised and self motivated, willing to take feedback and self develop

If you can thrive in this role, please apply even if you don’t meet every requirement. All applications are considered holistically and we are looking for a great candidate, not a checklist.
