The Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Talent Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Talent Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maximising the careers of our roster of influential social media personalities and content creators. You will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers, negotiating contracts, and driving business growth through effective brand partnerships. Key Responsibilities
- Talent Management: Oversee a portfolio of influential social media personalities and content creators, guiding their career development, and providing strategic advice and support.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities to grow the careers of the influencers, including brand partnerships, sponsorships, endorsements, and collaborations.
- Negotiations: Negotiate and finalise contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the influencers while maximising revenue and value for both the influencers and the agency.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, brands, agencies, and other industry professionals to facilitate collaboration and drive business growth.
