This is a junior-level position ideal for someone looking to build a career in media, sales support, and client servicing. The role focuses on supporting the Sales Manager and wider team through lead research, content pitching, invoicing, and day-to-day admin tasks. It also offers the opportunity to grow into a more strategic role over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead research & tracking: Research and identify potential clients within our target market, including publishers and production companies. Maintain an up-to-date lead spreadsheet with key lead info, ready to be passed onto the Sales Manager for reach out.
  • Ad-Hoc client support: Manage and respond to incoming ad-hoc client inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Ensure all ad-hoc requests are logged, tracked, and resolved efficiently.
  • Daily content pitching: Manage and send daily mailers to clients, pitching timely and relevant content. Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Content Acquisitions team to align on content selection and pitching angles.
  • Sales support & admin: Assist with sending out client invoices and ensuring contributor payment details match usages. Support the tracking of client content usage and licensing through internal systems. Contribute to regular updates and reporting, including weekly usage or email pitching campaigns.
  • Internal collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Manager to support outreach processes and share pitching ideas. Keep the Content Acquisitions team informed on client feedback, ad-hoc usage, and evolving content needs/trends.
