We're looking for a Content Acquisition Executive to join KOMI's Content Services team - someone who will secure the right for KOMI to use amazing user-generated content across our portfolio of media brands and channels.
You’ll be a quick learner and super eager to adopt new technologies like chatbots to ensure improvement in how effectively and efficiently we obtain content permissions.
You’ll be comfortable working in a target orientated role, where performance data is use to support you, and help your team evolve.
Key Responsibilities
- Outreach for and obtain permissions for KOMI's media pages and brands to use user-generated content using various social media platforms and forms of communication.
- Ensureall content, permissions, and compliance documents are completed daily, accurately, and in line with guidance from our Compliance and Data Teams.
- Constantly refine your outreach messages across multiple channels, platforms and media brands to drive efficiency and effectiveness of your outreach and secure the permission.
- Track sourced videos and essential details in our database and ensure they are compliant with our process and with GDPR.
- Participate in and contribute to regular team meetings to discuss content, quality, feedback and ideas.
What We're Looking For
- You’ll be super comfortable reaching out, negotiating and explaining KOMI Group and our content brands to content owners and creators.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal and organisational skills.
- You’ll be process and data-oriented; you’ll want to constantly test, learn and evolve with all outreach messaging across all channels.
- You will be comfortable working in an environment where targets and conversion rates are openly discussed as a team, and play a key, vocal role in that team dynamic to drive at constant improvement.
- You’ll be tech savvy or at least tech curious; adopting new technologies and tools with enthusiasm is key, while playing a role in conversations that help build new tools in the future is something you’ll want to explore as you develop.
- You are proactive, resourceful, and take initiative without needing to be directed.
- You have strong organisational skills and treat accurate logging as part of the job, not an afterthought.
- You remain calm and level-headed under pressure and tight deadlines.
