The Role
A successful Junior Content Manager will be a social media guru in-the-making, working with internal departments and external clients’ social media channels, and assisting their growth. As Junior Content Manager, you will be responsible for executing unique social media strategies across our portfolio of clients’ pages and profiles.
The ideal candidate will have a growing wealth of social media knowledge as well as a knack for quick-thinking, problem-solving and innovation - as well as a keen eye for detail. You will also be responsible for overseeing a small team of editors in the UK and abroad, so the ability to communicate is key. You will be managing internal and external stakeholders’ expectations, so you must assure that you can deliver an exceptional service to the high standards expected of a KOMI employee.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to create and curate content for KOMI’s clients’ channels.
- Supporting the management of a small team of editors.
- Creating and executing short, medium, and long-term strategies for our clients.
- Using analytics not just for reporting but also to inform content choices and strategy.
- Working to create more efficient workflows both internally and externally for our clients.
- Overseeing quality control and content management across our portfolio of clients.
- Sound video editing and sound recording knowledge.
- Sound social media management knowledge.
