Komet Dental are a globally recognised manufacturer of premium dental instruments, with a heritage dating back to 1923. Known for quality, precision and innovation, they support clinicians across general dentistry and endodontics and have built a strong reputation throughout the market.

After launching direct to market in the UK at the start of 2025, Komet Dental UK have made an excellent start and continue to grow strongly. As a result, they are now looking to hire a Territory Manager to cover the South West of England and South Wales. This is a great opportunity to join a respected international brand at an exciting stage of its UK journey. The foundations are in place, momentum is there, and they are now looking for the right person to help build further across the region.

You’ll take ownership of the territory, managing existing relationships while identifying and converting new business opportunities across dental practices, groups, laboratories and relevant customers. This is a field-based role with a high degree of autonomy, so it would suit someone who enjoys managing their own diary, building genuine relationships and driving commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow sales across the South West and South Wales territory
  • Manage and develop existing customer relationships
  • Identify and win new business opportunities
  • Deliver product demonstrations and commercial meetings
  • Build structured territory plans to achieve targets
  • Keep close to market activity, competitor movement and customer feedback
  • Represent the business at trade shows, meetings and industry events
  • Maintain strong CRM discipline and pipeline management

  • Field sales experience within dental, healthcare or medical devices
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to spot opportunities
  • Self-motivated and organised
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Full UK driving licence
