Kome Care is seeking Health Care Assistants to support individuals in care homes and in the community. You will provide person-centred care, assist with daily living activities and monitor health changes while ensuring a safe, dignified environment.
The role emphasises compassion, reliability and the ability to work as part of a team. Mandatory training will cover moving & handling, infection control, health & safety, first aid, safeguarding and GDPR.
