KOME CARE LTD is offering an Adult Care Worker Apprentice role in the Greater London area. You will study toward the Adult Care Worker apprenticeship Level 2 while gaining hands-on experience delivering person-centred support in home and community settings.
As part of the role you will work with service users and colleagues, assist with personal care, mobility and daily living tasks, and learn to develop care plans in collaboration with registered nurses and care coordinators.
