The Opportunity: As a Regional Aftermarket Sales Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and expanding relationships with our key customers while managing the NSW Mining Account Managers. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service, driving market share, delivering strategic growth initiatives and supporting overall growth and customer satisfaction. In addition, you will be responsible for implementing efficiencies, standardisation and planning across all NSW mine sites.
Role Located: Newcastle

What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or a related Trade.
- Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in mining industry.
- Ability to understand systems, processes and financial statements that measure sales, profits, expenses, labour, asset utilisation, customer and employee satisfaction.
- Proven track record of sales to budget achievements and growth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
