The Controller US Aftermarket will oversee all accounting and financial activities, including financial reporting, cost accounting, inventory management, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and internal controls.

This role partners closely with operations and executive leadership to provide financial insights, improve processes, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all accounting operations, including month-end close and financial reporting.
  • Oversee manufacturing cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.
  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial planning.
  • Improve financial processes, internal controls, and ERP utilization.
  • Partner with operations to drive cost improvements and operational performance.
  • Lead and develop the accounting team.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and coordinate internal and external audits.
  • Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CPA or CMA preferred.
  • 5+ years of Controller experience in manufacturing.
  • Strong experience with cost accounting, inventory, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • ERP experience (Net Suite, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
  • Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.
  • Preferred
  • Multi-site manufacturing experience.
  • Percent of Completion (POC) accounting experience.
  • Industrial equipment or heavy manufacturing background.
  • Experience with ERP implementations or process improvement initiatives.
