Kolt Recruitment are looking for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to join a state-of-the-art bodyshop in the Enfield area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a modern, well-equipped workshop that takes pride in quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Accurately assess vehicle damage using Audatex or similar estimating systems.

Prepare and submit repair estimates to insurance companies.

Liaise with customers, technicians, and insurers to ensure smooth communication throughout the repair process.

Deliver a high standard of customer service and maintain professional working relationships.

Ensure all repairs meet the required safety and quality standards.
Requirements:

ATA or NVQ Level 3 qualification preferred.

Proven experience as a VDA / Estimator in a busy bodyshop environment.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Proficiency with Audatex estimating systems.

Ability to work efficiently as part of a team with excellent attention to detail.
Salary: 45,000 to 50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
