Kolt Recruitment are looking for an experienced VDA / Customer Service Advisor to join a busy Accident Repair Centre in Hainault. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to work in a small but efficient site, combining estimating with front-of-house customer service responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out accurate vehicle damage assessments and prepare estimates.
- Book in customer vehicles, complete handovers, and provide regular updates.
- Process payments and ensure all administration is completed correctly.
- Deliver excellent customer service, acting as the main point of contact for clients.
- Support the smooth running of the site in collaboration with the bodyshop team.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a VDA / Estimator within a bodyshop or accident repair environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Knowledge of estimating systems such as Audatex desirable.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence.
