Kolt Recruitment are looking for a transport manager with body shop advisor experience to join a busy automotive accident repair centre. This is a hands-on role combining transport management with front-of-house support, ideal for someone experienced in managing drivers, fleet operations and customer-facing duties.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing all vehicle collections and deliveries
- Full responsibility for drivers and a fleet of 30 courtesy cars
- Handling claims, fines and penalties incurred by customers using courtesy vehicles
- Controlling site parking and arranging removal of written-off vehicles, including managing associated charges
- Supporting the front office with customer calls and general enquiries
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a transport manager within an automotive environment
