Kolt Recruitment are looking for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a busy Accident Repair Centre in Gatwick. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled bodyshop professional to work in a modern workshop, delivering high-quality paint finishes on a variety of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicles and panels for paintwork, including masking, sanding, and priming.
- Mix and apply paints to match manufacturer and customer specifications.
- Use spray booths and equipment to deliver high-quality finishes.
- Carry out quality checks to ensure all work meets industry and customer standards.
- Work efficiently to achieve deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer / Vehicle Painter within a bodyshop or accident repair environment.
- ATA/NVQ Level 3 qualification (desirable but not essential).
- Strong understanding of paint mixing, colour matching, and application techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering first-class results.
- Full UK driving licence.
