Kolt Recruitment are looking for an experienced Strip Fitter to join a state-of-the-art bodyshop in the Enfield area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a modern, well-equipped workshop that takes pride in quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Strip and refit vehicles to the highest standards following accident repair.

Ensure all parts are removed, labelled, and stored safely for reassembly.
*
Carry out all work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
*
Work closely with the workshop team to ensure repairs are completed within deadlines.
*
Follow health and safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Strip Fitter / MET Technician in a busy bodyshop environment.
*
ATA or NVQ Level 3 qualification preferred but not essential.
*
Strong technical and mechanical knowledge.
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
