Overview
Kolt Recruitment are seeking a skilled Vehicle Prepper to join a busy accident repair centre in Taplow. The successful candidate will play a vital role in preparing vehicles for paintwork, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout the process. Responsibilities
- Preparing vehicles for paintwork, including sanding, masking, and priming.
- Ensuring all surfaces are smooth and ready for spraying.

- Adhering to all health & safety regulations and workshop procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Prepper within a bodyshop/accident repair environment.
- Strong attention to detail and high-quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of prepping materials and techniques.
- A full UK driving licence is desirable.
