Kolt Recruitment are seeking a skilled and experienced Panel Beater to join a professional Accident Repair Centre in Bishops Stortford. This is a great opportunity to work with a well-equipped workshop and a supportive team, repairing vehicles to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities * Carry out high-quality vehicle body repairs, including panel replacement and repair. * Use modern repair techniques and equipment to ensure accurate and efficient work. * Work to manufacturer and insurance standards, ensuring customer satisfaction. * Maintain high levels of quality control and attention to detail. * Work collaboratively with other technicians and the wider bodyshop team. Requirements * Proven experience as a Panel Beater within a bodyshop or accident repair environment. * ATA/NVQ Level 3 qualification in vehicle body repair (desirable but not essential). * Excellent metalworking, welding, and body repair skills. * Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively. * Full UK driving licence.
