Kolt Recruitment are looking for an experienced Painter / Prepper to join a busy Accident Repair Centre in Woodford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled bodyshop professional to work in a modern workshop, carrying out preparation and paintwork to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities * Prepare vehicles and panels for paintwork, including sanding, masking, and priming. * Mix and apply paints to match manufacturer and customer specifications. * Use spray booths and equipment to deliver high-quality finishes. * Carry out quality checks to ensure all work meets industry and customer standards. * Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail. Requirements * Proven experience as a Painter / Prepper within a bodyshop or accident repair environment. * ATA/NVQ Level 3 qualification (desirable but not essential). * Strong knowledge of paint preparation, mixing, and application techniques. * Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality results. * Full UK driving licence.
