Kolt Recruitment are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Technician to join a busy Accident Repair Centre in Sandydown. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled bodyshop professional to work in a modern workshop, carrying out a variety of high-quality repairs on a wide range of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out vehicle repairs across multiple disciplines including panel, paint, and mechanical work.
* Use modern repair techniques and equipment to ensure accurate results.
* Work to manufacturer and insurance standards, delivering excellent workmanship.
* Undertake stripping and refitting of vehicle components when required.
* Maintain high levels of quality control and attention to detail.
* Work efficiently to meet deadlines while supporting the wider bodyshop team.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Technician within a bodyshop or accident repair environment.
* Strong skills across panel, paint, and mechanical or strip and fit disciplines.
* Relevant qualifications (ATA/NVQ Level 3) desirable but not essential.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
* Full UK driving licence.
