Responsibilities
- Carry out mechanical, electrical and trim (MET) repairs as well as full vehicle strip and refit.
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs using the latest tools and technology.
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer, insurer, and industry standards.
- Work efficiently to achieve deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Follow all health, safety, and compliance guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Strip & Fit / MET Technician in a bodyshop or accident repair setting.
- ATA/NVQ Level 3 qualification desirable but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and a team‑player mindset.
- Full UK driving licence.
