This is a key role within the bodyshop, responsible for managing workflow, ensuring productivity targets are met and maintaining high standards of repair quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the workshop
- Managing workflow and allocating jobs to technicians
