Kolt Recruitment are recruiting for a talented Bodyshop Manager required for an Accident Repair Centre in Croydon.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all vehicles entering the site for repair receive the highest level of attention.
- Maintain relationships with colleagues, insurers, and manufacturers.
- Organise the Bodyshop by controlling job start and finishing times and to be always aware of the status of each job.
- Ensure all job cards are completed correctly and be ultimately responsible for shop floor discipline.
- Motivate the team.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience of working in an accident repair centre in a leadership position.
- ATA / NVQ or City & Guilds qualification within accident and repairs but time served are considered.
