Your Role
As Content & Communication Lead, you shape and scale Kolsquare’s voice across every channel fueling awareness, trust, and engagement through bold storytelling and strategic communications. From value‑driven content to global campaigns and brand PR, you are the guardian of our narrative, the spark behind our editorial engine, and the orchestrator of every touchpoint that builds connection with our audience. Reporting directly to the CMO, you lead the Content & Communication pillar of Kolsquare’s marketing organization. You oversee brand messaging, content strategy, PR, social media, ensuring every story we tell aligns with our mission, resonates with our audience, and delivers measurable business impact. You work closely with Product Marketing, Growth, Field Marketing, Design and our different business lines (from enterprise to B2C).
Your Key Responsibilities
- Own and scale Kolsquare’s editorial strategy across blog, thought leadership, SEO/GEO, and campaign content
- Ensure global editorial calendar, aligning content initiatives with business priorities and product launches
- Drive the evolution of content formats including video, podcast, whitepapers, data studies, and creator spotlights leveraging internal and external resources
- Define as needed brand guidelines for the different business lines, ensuring consistency and refresh to reflect Kolsquare’s innovative approach and leadership position in Influencer marketing
- Act as guardian of brand voice and tone across all markets and formats, from press releases to social media channels, events, etc
- Manage global PR agency coordination across markets, supporting product launches, corporate news, and executive visibility
- Amplify Kolsquare’s leadership in ethical influencer marketing with keynotes, opinion pieces, analyst engagement and as needed local trade associations and publications
- Design and scale influencer marketing activations that build brand awareness, communities and category leadership
- Ensure communication efforts support business goals from brand, lead gen & customer retention
- Lead a team of communication, content, designer and web specialists
- Ensure team processes are optimized thanks to AI, tools, etc.
Must‑haves
- You have 5+ years of experience in content, communications, or editorial roles within high‑growth B2B SaaS, martech, or media environments ideally with pan‑European scope.
- You combine sharp editorial instincts with strategic thinking.
- You can translate business and product strategy into compelling narratives that resonate with segmented audiences.
- You’re fluent in building integrated communication plans across channels.
- You have experience in leading a team, preferably remotely, and working in a matrix environment.
- You’re as comfortable setting the vision as you are jumping into Google Docs, briefing designers, editing copy, or publishing a last‑minute announcement.
- You have a strong sense of brand voice, tone, and identity.
- With an eye for detail and design, you’ve managed messaging consistency across teams, touchpoints, and campaigns.
- A self‑starter, you thrive in a fast‑moving, international environment.
- You’ve led and developed content creators, journalists, social media managers, or comms professionals.
- You know how to build a high‑performing, collaborative team.
- You’re comfortable using data to measure content impact and optimize accordingly.
