Your Role
As Head of Content & Communication, you shape and scale Kolsquare’s voice across every channel, fueling awareness, trust, and engagement through bold storytelling and strategic communications. From value‑driven content to global campaigns and brand PR, you are the guardian of our narrative, the spark behind our editorial engine, and the orchestrator of every touchpoint that builds connection with our audience. Reporting directly to the CMO, you lead the Content & Communication pillar of Kolsquare’s marketing organization. You oversee brand messaging, content strategy, PR, social media, ensuring every story we tell aligns with our mission, resonates with our audience, and delivers measurable business impact. You work closely with Product Marketing, Growth, Field Marketing, Design and our different business lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and scale Kolsquare’s editorial strategy across blog, thought leadership, SEO/GEO and campaign content.
- Ensure a global editorial calendar aligned with business priorities and product launches.
- Drive the evolution of content formats including video, podcast, whitepapers, data studies and creator spotlights.
- Define brand guidelines for the different business lines, ensuring consistency and refresh to reflect Kolsquare’s innovative approach.
- Act as guardian of brand voice and tone across all markets and formats.
- Manage global PR agency coordination across markets, supporting product launches, corporate news and executive visibility.
- Amplify Kolsquare’s leadership in ethical influencer marketing with keynotes, opinion pieces, analyst engagement and local trade associations.
- Design and scale influencer marketing activations that build brand awareness, communities and category leadership.
- Ensure communication efforts support business goals from brand, lead generation and customer retention.
- Lead a team of communication, content, designer and web specialists.
- Optimize team processes through AI tools and other efficiencies.
Your Profile
Must‑haves
- 5+ years of experience in content, communications or editorial roles within high‑growth B2B SaaS, martech or media environments, ideally with pan‑European scope.
- Sharp editorial instincts combined with strategic thinking; ability to translate business and product strategy into compelling narratives.
- Experience building integrated communication plans across channels.
- Leadership experience, preferably remote, in a matrix environment.
- Comfort both setting vision and diving into copy, briefing designers or publishing last‑minute announcements.
- Strong sense of brand voice, tone and identity with eye for detail and design.
- Self‑starter thriving in a fast‑moving, international environment.
- Experience developing content creators, journalists, social media managers or comms professionals.
- Data‑driven mindset, using metrics to measure content impact and optimize.
- Based in an EU country.
