The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading the daily operations of the restaurant. You’ll play a key role in driving service excellence, developing the team, and ensuring operational standards are consistently met. Key Responsibilities
- Operations
- Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant.
- Lead service on the floor, ensuring smooth and efficient operations during every shift.
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures and manage the restaurant in the General Manager’s absence.
- Guest Experience
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve any issues promptly.
- Build relationships with regular guests and encourage repeat business.

- Financial Performance
