KOKS United Kingdom zoekt voor onze vestigingen in Billingham en Liverpool in de UK een Operations Manager UK (40 uur, locatie Billingham).
Als Operations Manager UK ben jij eindverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operatie van onze vestigingen in Billingham en Liverpool, waar KOKS United Kingdom industriële reinigingsvoertuigen, hogedruk- en rioolreinigingsmachines onderhoudt en servicen. Jij zorgt voor een optimaal functionerende organisatie door de werkplaats- en onderdelen teams aan te sturen, medewerkers te ontwikkelen en samen met hen de operationele prestaties continu te verbeteren.
Daarbij houd je toezicht op budgetbeheer, capaciteitsplanning en financiële resultaten, die je niet alleen kunt toelichten maar ook weet te verbeteren door concrete voorstellen te doen. Ook bewaak je de omzet, marges en het onderhanden werk van de werkplaats en onderdelenafdeling. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor lokale klant- en operationele vraagstukken, bewaakt de bedrijfsdoelstellingen en zorgt ervoor dat wet- en regelgeving altijd wordt nageleefd.
Met jouw leiderschap creëer je een sterk en gemotiveerd team dat met de juiste kennis en vaardigheden de interne organisatie versterkt. Tegelijkertijd onderhoud en ontwikkel je relaties met klanten en leveranciers en werk je nauw samen met internationale en corporate collega’s binnen de KOKS Group. Zo speel je een sleutelrol in het verder uitbouwen van onze marktpositie in de industriële- en rioolsector binnen de UK.
- Hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur met een technische achtergrond;
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie met operationeel aansturende verantwoordelijkheden;
- Leider met aantoonbaar succes in het aansturen en motiveren van teams;
- Bewezen ervaring in operationele groei;
- Besluitvaardig en communicatief sterk, met uitstekende interpersoonlijke vaardigheden;
- Analytisch en probleemoplossend denkvermogen, met een focus op optimalisatie en groei;
- Flexibel en adaptief in een dynamische en snel veranderende omgeving;
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse en Nederlandse taal; kennis van andere talen is een pre;
