KOKODOO is a contemporary modern Korean food brand, renowned for its Korean fried chicken and soon to launch a new Korean BBQ range at our flagship site at Fulham Broadway. We are seeking enthusiastic Team Members with hospitality experience for both full-time and part-time positions. This dynamic role requires you to be adaptable, managing both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations, especially during busy periods.
What You'll Do
- Provide warm, efficient, and professional service to our guests.
- Prepare and cook our signature Korean food range, maintaining consistently high standards.
- Support daily operations across FOH and BOH functions.
- Strictly adhere to food safety, hygiene, and KOKODOO brand guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with your team to ensure smooth service and foster a healthy work atmosphere.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first mindset.
- The ability to adapt quickly between various tasks and responsibilities.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a consistent work ethic.
- A proactive approach in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Previous experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), Restaurant or hospitality is required for this role.
