The Role
We’re looking for a designer to join our team. The exact level of experience is open - you might be a graduate with raw talent and big ideas, or a more seasoned designer with agency experience. What matters most is creativity, curiosity, and a willingness to get stuck in.
This is a broad role where you’ll get to work across multiple disciplines, from concepting and visual design through to producing polished assets for websites, games, campaigns, and interactive content. You’ll collaborate closely with our developers, project managers, and clients to bring ideas to life.
Responsibilities
- Designing visual assets for interactive campaigns, branded games, and microsites
- Developing creative concepts, storyboards, and moodboards for client pitches and live projects
- Creating UI and layout designs for web apps, competition platforms, and mobile games
- Producing responsive layouts and wireframes to guide development
- Supporting brand, campaign, and marketing design work (presentations, social, pitch decks)
- Collaborating with developers to ensure visuals translate beautifully into functional builds
- Communicating directly with clients via email, video calls, and occasional face-to-face meetings
- Staying on top of digital design and interactive trends
What We’re Looking For
- Strong creative thinking and a sharp eye for detail
- Proficiency with core design tools (Adobe, Figma, etc.)
- Comfortable dealing directly with clients and presenting ideas clearly
- An interest in interactive design, games, and digital campaigns
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-moving team
- Flexible mindset - happy to work on everything from quick turnaround visuals to large-scale projects
