We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑oriented Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing team, supporting KOKO, The House of KOKO, and Cafe KOKO. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about social media and digital marketing to make a real impact within a fast‑paced, high‑end entertainment and hospitality environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the execution and optimisation of KOKO’s digital content and social media strategy across 20+ platforms. You will manage the day‑to‑day scheduling, publishing, and maintenance of all social media channels, ensuring that content is timely, accurate, on‑brand, and aligned with our broader marketing goals. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams and external creatives to ensure content is engaging and platform‑optimised. A key part of the role involves tracking and analysing social media performance, producing weekly insights, and making data‑driven recommendations to boost reach, engagement, and audience growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, an analytical mindset, and the ability to multitask across platforms. Experience working in a social media agency environment, familiarity with Sprout Social, and a background in B2C marketing will be highly advantageous. You'll play a crucial role in supporting community engagement, content innovation, and digital growth across the KOKO brand family.
Role and responsibilities- Social Media Management: Manage the day‑to‑day posting schedule for all KOKO social media channels (20) using Sprout Social. Actively engage with the KOKO community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to build relationships and foster brand loyalty. Monitor platform‑specific trends and incorporate them into content planning when appropriate.
- Content Calendar Management: Maintain a content calendar in collaboration with the Senior Social Media Manager, ensuring all posts meet deadlines and campaign objectives. Coordinate with internal teams to integrate content into broader marketing initiatives.
- Performance Reporting and Analytics: Track social media performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly reports on KPI metrics (e.g. engagement, growth). Share actionable insights with stakeholders to inform content planning and optimisation.
- Channel Optimisation: Regularly audit content and social media channels to ensure consistency, optimisation, and alignment with platform best practices. Stay informed on digital marketing and social media trends, recommending innovative tactics to keep the brand competitive.
- Content Coordination and Publishing: Strong copywriting skills with the ability to tailor tone of voice and messaging to suit different brands, audiences, and campaign objectives. Coordinate the organisation and scheduling of content across digital channels, including social media and websites. Support the adaptation of content for various platforms to improve reach and engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g. influencers, freelancers) to maintain consistent messaging. Contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaigns and new content ideas. Brief the design team on various assets making sure what’s required is clearly communicated and understood.
- General marketing - KOKO & Cafe KOKO: Maintain and update the Cafe KOKO website using WordPress, ensuring all content is up-to-date and aligned with brand standards. Organise and file imagery, choosing selects and folders of approved images. Brief weekly copy for the KOKO newsletter and ad hoc emails; build email templates in Salesforce for CRM team review and deployment. Brief and build monthly Cafe KOKO newsletter copy and additional email communications in Salesforce, ensuring timely delivery through CRM processes. Collaborate with design and operations teams to ensure the latest menus are accurate, proofread, printed, and uploaded to the website. Participate in all relevant KOKO meetings, supporting smooth communication between Marketing, KOKO Electronic and the Music team. Manage on‑site design briefs for posters and digital screens; coordinate proofing, printing, and installation to meet deadlines.
About you: We are seeking a highly organised and creative Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of engaging, data‑informed content across multiple platforms, with the following key attributes:
- Previous success in a comparable role, along with marketing experience within F&B or hospitality, is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn), including best practices, tools, and analytics.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to tailor tone across brands, formats, and campaigns.
- Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools such as Sprout Social (or equivalent).
- Highly organised and detail‑oriented, with proven ability to manage multiple channels in a fast‑paced environment.
