Weβre now seeking a charismatic, hands-on Accounts Assistant to deliver exceptional support and service within our Finance team at our brand new UK Headquarters in Twyford, Winchester. /n Duties and responsibilities /n As an Accounts Assistant you will support the finance function by maintaining accurate financial records, processing day-to-day transactions, and assisting with reporting for a fast-moving business. The role combines routine accounting tasks with operational coordination across sales, warehousing, and service, ensuring financial data is reliable, timely, and compliant. /n /n - Be a valuable member of the KOKI Group UK finance team where you will undertake a variety of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Banking tasks in conjunction with the other Accounts Assistant. /n - Banking - posting and reconciling all bank transactions daily. /n - Banking β checking and uploading supplier payments for authorisation. /n - Accounts Payable β ensuring purchase invoices are received and entered on to the finance system for approval in a timely manner. /n - Accounts Receivable β raising sales credit notes regarding products, for the warranty repair process and customer rebates. /n - Accounts Receivable - Liaising with customers (via phone or email) to ensure issues are spotted early to avoid late payment of sales invoices where possible. /n - Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, colleagues, and other key stakeholders. /n - Ad hoc company tasks as required. /n /n /n Experience and qualifications /n Who You Are: /n /n - Someone who has exceptional attention to details and accuracy, especially with financial data. /n - A confident communicator with a calm and professional manner. /n - Calm, patient, and solutions-focused, even when handling challenging enquiries. /n - Comfortable handling multiple priorities and deadlines. /n - A team player who collaborates well with colleagues across departments. /n /n Skills & Experience /n Essential: /n /n - Competence with Microsoft 365, especially Excel. /n /n Desirable: /n /n - Proven experience within a finance team. /n - AAT level 2 (or higher). /n - Experience in the power tools, construction equipment, or hardware sector. /n - Previous use of Microsoft Navision. /n /n
