The Wessex Mint is currently looking for a Live Operations Administrator to join our growing international team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast‑growing multi‑brand e‑commerce group headquartered in the UK, operating across the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia, and scaling towards £100 M in annual revenue.

The Live Operations Administrator plays a key role in supporting live shopping and auction events by managing and moderating real‑time customer interaction, ensuring a high‑energy, engaging, and commercially effective live experience. This is a fast‑paced, operational role ideal for someone who is highly responsive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in real‑time environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively moderate live chat during auctions and live shopping events
  • Maintain high levels of chat activity to support the flow of the auction
  • Respond quickly and appropriately to viewer messages
  • Ensure chat remains relevant, positive, and aligned with brand tone
  • Prompt viewers to participate using proven engagement techniques
  • Encourage passive viewers to become active bidders or participants
  • Welcome and onboard new viewers throughout the show
