The Live Operations Administrator plays a key role in supporting live shopping and auction events by managing and moderating real‑time customer interaction, ensuring a high‑energy, engaging, and commercially effective live experience. Key Responsibilities- Actively moderate live chat during auctions and live shopping events
- Maintain high levels of chat activity to support the flow of the auction
