What you will be doing
- Provide outstanding one-to-one customer service to all clients, including VIPs, in line with KOIBIRD standards.
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele, taking ownership of client data collection, management and aftercare to strengthen long-term relationships.
- Demonstrate and share strong brand and market knowledge with clients, ensuring an elevated and informed shopping experience.
- Offer personalised styling advice, curating edits that reflect KOIBIRD’s unique and directional product range.
- Deliver a seamless multi-channel shopping experience, ensuring clients receive the same level of service across all touchpoints.
- Consistently achieve personal sales targets and contribute to wider business goals through effective upselling and cross-selling across categories.
- Monitor client shopping behaviour and product performance, providing considered feedback to the Store Manager to support business decisions.
- Proactively identify potential new clients, working closely with management to build these relationships and suggest new ways to engage and delight.
- Use tailored communication techniques to ensure the best possible client experience and maximise selling opportunities.
- Take initiative with daily operational tasks, ensuring the shop floor is presented to the highest standards while supporting with merchandising, stock management and deliveries.
- Work collaboratively with the Head of Retail and wider team to foster a supportive, high-performing and service-focused environment.
Who we are looking for
- Previous retail sales or personal shopping experience in a luxury environment.
- An existing client database and proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent knowledge of the brands we carry and a strong understanding of the wider luxury retail market.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to build rapport and engage sensitively with clients.
- A polished and confident presence that reflects the KOIBIRD aesthetic and values.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to drive sales through exceptional service.
