KOIBIRD is a high-energy, luxury fashion retailer in Marylebone, known for its bold and unexpected curation of fashion, homeware, and lifestyle. Our aesthetic is playful yet refined, always setting the tone rather than following trends. We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Designer with a passion for short-form video, fashion, and digital culture to support our social team in producing engaging, high-quality content for KOIBIRD’s Instagram, TikTok, and beyond.

Role Overview

KOIBIRD is looking for a passionate Junior Designer to join our creative team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, working 2 days per week. This is a brilliant opportunity for a creative with 1–2 years of experience who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and get stuck into all things design. You’ll support our Designer and Head of Creative in bringing KOIBIRD and KOI 11 to life across digital and physical touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and development of email marketing (EDM) assets
  • Roll out existing design direction across printed event collateral and invitations
  • Design KOI 11 print assets and POS items to support in-store retail needs
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality production of printed materials
  • Design social media in-feed posts for KOIBIRD and KOI 11
  • Refine catalogue and lookbook documents with the support of our designer
  • Implement design amendments and team feedback accurately and efficiently

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of design experience, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or retail
  • Strong working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
  • A well-curated portfolio of design work (PDF or link)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Available 2 days per week in our London-based office, some flexibility is required on what days
