KOI Ramen Bar is hiring. We are an international mix of locals, Europeans, Asians & Japanese, and have been rated in the Top 3 Ramen Bars in London (Evening Standard), Timeout Cheap Eats of the Week and Outstanding by Giles Coren of the Times Magazine. We aim to serve the very best quality ramen & gyoza at the very best prices with the biggest smiles. If you like Asian food and culture, you'll especially love it here.

We work hard and we work fast, but at the same time we have fun and are friendly & helpful. We try to work smart and efficiently and will need you to work independently at times as well. You need to be hands on, as we share the workload, do light prep, and look after the shop as if it's your own. If you can work to high standards, come and join us.

We will give you a good work life balance, but in turn we demand great performance in order to maintain our high ratings and reputation. We prefer someone with at least some hospitality experience, but if you're good with your hands, work hard and are self-motivated, then we'll happily train you.

  • Pay: £12.21-£13.85 per hour (depending on age, skills, experience, performance, availability, length of service etc).
  • 100% of Tips.
  • Up to 28 days holiday a year.
  • Work Life Balance - Negotiable shifts, special day off requests ALWAYS granted, 2 days off a week, always Friday or Saturday off.
  • Always close for 1.5 weeks at Xmas & NY.
  • Free meal per each single shift.
  • Discounted off duty.

  • You choose your weekly hours, anything from hrs.
