The main responsibility of the Consultant is to assist in delivering regulatory compliance advisory services to clients in the Retail Lending vertical.

Responsibilities

  • Support and lead on solutions to enable clients to meet their regulatory and operational obligations.
  • Produce materials and activities for all aspects of client delivery such as training, reports, presentations, business gap analysis, project planning, risk management, in-depth case reviews.
  • Provide regulatory and risk-focused subject matter expertise as required.
  • Provide leadership to the team.

Qualifications/Experience

This is not a financial crime role – This sits in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance team.

  • Practical understanding of the UK FS sector and FCA agenda.
  • Similar experience in a consultancy role or strong retail lending industry background.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving toolkit.
  • Good work ethic and desire for continuous improvement.
  • Outstanding communication skills – both written and oral.
