Responsibilities
- Support and lead on solutions to enable clients to meet their regulatory and operational obligations.
- Produce materials and activities for all aspects of client delivery such as training, reports, presentations, business gap analysis, project planning, risk management, in-depth case reviews.
- Provide regulatory and conduct risk and compliance focused subject matter expertise as required.
- Provide leadership to the team.
Qualifications/Experience
- Strong knowledge of FCA conduct regulation.
- Proven delivering of Consumer Duty and Conduct Regulation into clients.
- Prior or current experience in a Management Consultancy.
- Track record in business development activity and growing a practice - desirable.
- Practical understanding of the UK FS sector and FCA agenda.
Required Skills
- Strong work ethic, able to manage and prioritise multiple client engagements.
- Excellent Stakeholder management internally and externally with clients.
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving toolkit.
- Outstanding communication skills – both written and oral.
Preferred Skills
