We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and professional team player to join our team in Bristol for 3 days a week. We have a focus on providing a highly personalised financial planning service with the client at the heart of everything we do. We provide a supportive working environment with like-minded individuals who are professional and share a vision to provide a comprehensive client service.

You will be a team player, meticulous in your method of working, have excellent attention to detail and enjoy client interaction. Exceptional customer service, telephone and interpersonal skills are also required along with IT proficiency. We are looking for an administrator/sales support to join our team in which you will provide an efficient administration service.

Key Duties
  • Assist in processing new business and existing business
  • Be the first point of contact for clients
  • Organise client meetings and prepare client meeting packs
  • Deal with client queries in a professional and efficient manner
  • Manage relevant databases and spreadsheets
  • Be responsible for the issuing and receipt of relevant paperwork such as quotations, valuations etc
  • After relevant training to place investment trades
  • Get involved in marketing initiatives
  • Manage client relationships in a professional manner
  • Identifying clients’ needs and objectives
  • Ensuring all client records are fully compliant and up to date
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Mathematically strong
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Previous experience working in a wealth management organisation is desirable but not essential.
  • You need to have the drive and motivation to deliver and exceed client expectations
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage your diary
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • A good sense of humour and the willingness to take on a variety of tasks as and when required.
