KPF, a global architecture practice with an office in Covent Garden, London, is seeking a Graphic Designer to bolster the firm’s brand and visual identity at a pivotal moment in KPF’s history – its 50th anniversary. The ideal candidate for this role is an architecture enthusiast with a strong visual portfolio or an architect looking to transition into a marketing role. The right candidate will show up with fresh, creative ideas to strengthen KPF’s content strategy across all platforms.

The global marketing team is a group of passionate writers, designers, and storytellers across the firm’s New York, London, and Shanghai offices. The department offers a supportive environment with opportunities for training, development, and career progression. We sit within a collaborative, high-performance environment with a focus on innovation and excellence. The candidate will join a team in London of communications and new business team members, and report directly to the Senior Graphic Designer.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assist marketing colleagues in the layout of proposals, brochures, presentations, and awards submissions
  • Collaborate directly with architectural design leaders as a graphic design resource for KPF’s London office
  • Implement and reinforce graphic design standards across exhibitions, publications, presentations, website, social media, and other collateral
  • Standardise look and feel of assets produced across studios to prepare a cohesive package of marketing assets for each project at key milestones
Qualifications Required:
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally within the A/E/C industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign.
  • Expertise in graphic design/layout, processing/printing, and project management.
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or Architecture preferred.
  • Experience with photography, videography, editing, animation, and/or illustration is a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge of Revit, Rhino, and generative AI software is a plus but not required.
Work Environment:

This position requires you to be in person in our London office 5 days per week, 9am – 6pm.
