Prior experience managing teams in a distribution warehouse environment.
Working knowledge of automated distribution and warehouse systems.
Bachelor’s or advanced degree.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.
Flexibility in hours to support multi-shift operations.
Effective collaboration and teamwork skills.
Adept multi-tasking abilities.
Ability to satisfactorily complete company training programs and cross-train in at least 2 departments.
1-2 years of experience with Operations and Operational Support Systems (WMS, WCS, LMS).
1-2 years automated MHE and SQL experience.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and as a team for the achievement of customer satisfaction.
Ability to work under general supervision and use knowledge and experience to provide quality support to the user community.
Ability to comply with dress code requirements.
Basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting, and basic computer operation.
Ability to operate and communicate on multiple frequency devices, handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
