To help us reach our goals, we’re looking for a Product Manager- Marketing to join our Marketing team. Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving product growth through sharp, insight‑led decision‑making? As a Product Manager – Marketing, you’ll lead the charge in shaping and executing product strategies that captivate customers and grow market share. You’ll be the voice of the customer, the champion of innovation, and the connector across cross‑functional teams.
In this hands‑on role, you’ll sit at the centre of product performance and lifecycle management—driving range reviews, product analysis, pricing, and positioning decisions. This isn’t a brand or campaign role. It’s built for someone who thrives on data, makes confident commercial calls, and loves optimising product portfolios with a relentless focus on serving the customer.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Marketing Manager to develop the long-term strategies to defend the core business and grow sales outside of core showering.
- Own the product marketing strategy execution for showering category(ies), from positioning and messaging to go-to-market execution.
- Lead the New Product Schedule—collaborate closely with the design teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Take ownership of category performance—dig deep into data, uncover insights, and lead the charge in developing action plans that tackle underperformance and seize growth opportunities.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Champion the customer voice in all product decisions, ensuring solutions meet real-world needs.
- Collaborate regularly across functions—including wider Marketing teams, Manufacturing, Sales, and Demand Planning—to align forecasts with marketing insights and activities.
- Drive continuous product excellence by working hand-in-hand with NPD and Industrial Design teams.

Skills/Requirements
- 3 years prior experience in Marketing, Channel Management, and/or Product Development with progressively more responsibility and a track record of results.
- At least 1-year experience with P&L and/or budgeting is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail, creative approach to problem solving.
- Organisational skills to manage workload and priorities.
- Technical appreciation of products, installation, materials and manufacturing would be beneficial.
- Confident and compelling presentation skills.
- Proficient in Word / Excel / Powerpoint / PowerBi.
